国外药品监管人员培训模式分析及对我国的启示

摘    要:目的::为完善我国药品监管人员培训机制提供建议。方法:总结国外药品监管人员培训模式,分析国内监管人员培训模式现状,并提出相应对策。结果与结论:相对于国外发展较成熟的培训模式,我国药品监管人员培训零散而不系统。我国应借鉴国外相关经验,结合我国国情,采用建立激励机制、完善网络培训、丰富培训模式等改进药品监管人员培训机制。

Abstract:ABSTRACT Objective: To provide the recommendations for the improvement of drug regulators training system.Methods:The foreign drug regulator training mode was summarized, the domestic current training mode was analyzed, and some proposals were put forward.Results and Conclusion: Compared with more mature foreign training mode, the drug regulator training system in our country was fragmented. We should learn from the foreign experience, and combine with our conditions to improve the drug regulator training system through establishing incentive system, improving the network training and enriching the training mode and so on.
