| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术保留鼻中隔软骨的优越性。方法 65例鼻中隔手术中，鼻中隔粘膜下切除术2l例，鼻中隔成形术44例。结果 鼻中隔成形术可有效地解决鼻中隔偏曲的问题。结论 鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术可避免粘膜下切除术的并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the advantage of the septal-plasty retained septal cartilage by nasal endoscope.Methods The investigation included 21 cases submucous resection of the nasal septul and 44 cases septal-plasty .Results Septal deviation can be effectionly trcated by septal-plasty. Conclusions Endoscopic septal-plasty is an ideal surgey which can avoid the disad ;vatantages by endoscipic submucous resection. |
