生,炒酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂甙A和B的含量比较

摘    要:应用索氏提取法和水煎提取法提取生、炒酸枣仁中的有效成分酸枣仁皂甙A和B,并用薄层扫描法测定了它们的含量。结果表明,炒酸枣仁中的酸枣仁总皂甙(甙A与甙B之和)明显高于生酸枣仁。这说明酸枣仁经过清炒,有效成分易于煎提。据此,作者认为,虽然生、炒酸枣仁均可入药,但以炒酸枣仁应用为佳。

Abstract:The active components jujuboside A and B in the crude and baked Semen Ziziphi Spinosae were extracted by Soxhlet's apparatus and decoction extraction methods, Their contents were also determined by TLC-scanner. As a result,the baked has higher content of total saponins (jujuboside A and B) than the crude. It was suggested that the active components could be easily extracted after being baked. So the authors considered that it is the best to select the baked as a drug,although they both can be used as drugs.
