益智炮制的初步研究

通过对不同药用部位的益智生品（益智、益智仁、益智壳）、炮制品（盐炙益智、盐炙益智仁、益智壳）中挥发油含量，物理常数（比重、折光率）。浸出物含量的测定，以及薄层层析比较其挥发油中各组分的变化，表明，不同药用部位的益智生品、炮制品的挥发油含量、比重、折光率、浸出物含量有所不同，挥发油组分基本无变化。益智仁可考虑带壳应用。

Preliminary Study on ProCess of Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae

The determination of volatile oil contents,physical constants(specific gravity and refractive index),extract contents of different medicinal parts of crude Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae (Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae,its semen and shell),and their processed products (Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fried with salt or Semen Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fried with salt) were carried Out, The changes of various comopositions in their volatile oils were also compared by TLC,As a result,the different medicinal parts of the crude and the processed products have different volatile oil contents,specific gravities refractive indexes and extract contents.But hardly were changes of compositions of volatile oils observed.It was uggested that Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae with shell can be applied.
