| 摘 要： | 研究发现不同工艺制得的十全大补口服液，药效不同，水煎离心合并蒸馏液制得的十全大补口服液，对抗由环磷酰胺造成的小鼠外周白细胞降低，Ｔ淋巴细胞转化率降低效果最好，水提醇沉的沉淀部分也有较强的活性，但水煎醇沉工艺制剂疗效较差。

| Abstract: | Experimental studies showed that Shiquandabu Oral Liquids prepared with different procedures had the different effects,The oral liquid prepared with the following method:decocting with water,centrifugating,then combining distilled solution, has the better counteractions on the decreasing of peripheral white cells and transformation rate of T-lymphocyte of mice induced by cyclophosphamide,The sedimentation part got with the method of water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation also has the stronger activity.So that the preparation made with this method has a worse curative effect. |
