| 摘 要： | 参附汤（人参０．３ｇ／ｍｌ，附子０．１５ｇ／ｍｌ）能显著促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞产生白细胞介素－２（Ｐ＜０．００１）。人参和附子二者也能促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌ＩＬ－２（Ｐ＜０．００５，Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示人参，附子与参附汤三者均有调节机体免疫功能的作用。

| Abstract: | Shenfu Decoction,composed of Radix Ginseng(0.3g/ml),and Radix Praeparata(0.15g/ml)has a very strong promoting action on the production of interleukin-2(IL-2)form the spleen lymphocyte of mice(P0.001).But both Radix Ginseng (lg/ml)and Radix Aconiti Praeparata(lg/ml)ano worked when they were taken,separately(P0. 005,P0.001),which suggested that the three durgs all have the regulatory action on immune function of body. |
