| 摘 要： | 采用显微、化学及薄层层析法对处方中炉甘石、冰片、珍珠、人工牛黄等进行定性鉴别，采用ＥＤＴＡ－２Ｎａ络合滴定法和ＧＣ法对样品中炉甘石、冰片分别进行了含量测定。方法简便，结果可靠，可作为控制该制剂质量指标。

| Abstract: | Some compositions,such as Calamina,Borneolum Syntheticum, Margarita,artificial bezoar,etc,in Shexiangxiaoyanshengji Ointment were identified by microscopic,chemical and TLC methods.The first two compositions were also determined by EDTA-2Na complexiometry and GC.These methods are simple, have the reliable results,It is suggested that they could be indexes for quality control of preparation. |
