| 摘 要： | 目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法直接测定猴耳环消炎胶囊中没食子酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为alltimaC18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:水(0.1%磷酸)=6:94,流速为0.9mL/min,检测波长为273nm。结果:没食子酸在15.2～152μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.8%(RSD =0.73%)。结论:本法操作简便,重现性好,结果准确,快速,可作为猴耳环消炎胶囊的质量控制方法。

Deternination of Gallic Acid in Houerhuanxiaoyanjiaonang by High Performance Liquid Chromatography |

| Abstract: | Objective: A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of gal-lic acid in houerhuanjiaonang. Methods: The chromatographic conditions included alltima - C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm ) and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol-water(0.1%phosphoric acid) (6:94, volume ratio) at a flow rate of 0.9mL/min-1 at 35℃. The detection wavelength was 273nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 15.2～152μg /mL -1 for gallic acid. The correlation coefficient was r =0.9997. The average recovery of gallic acid was 98.8% with the RSD of 1.28 respectively. Conclusion: The determination of gallic acid was found to be simple, fast, accurate and reliable. |
