血浆标本对Array蛋白分析仪检测结果的影响观察

目的 :研究血浆标本在ArraySystem 18种蛋白成份测定的影响。方法 :采用肝素抗凝管和一次性塑料试管对同一样本采血 ,使用同一仪器和同一试剂检测 18种蛋白含量 ,并对PAB、APA、APB、CRP、ASO 5种蛋白成分进行预处理后再行比较检测结果的差异性。结果 :血浆和血清标本的IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4、KAP、LAM、ALB、TRF、AAG、HPT、CER、RF的结果经配对计量资料统计处理无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,相关系数 (r)均在 0 970 0以上。而PAB、APA、APB、CRP、ASO血浆和血清检测结果有差异性 (P <0 0 1) ;但将血浆预处理后再测定其结果和血清相比无差异性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,相关系数 (r)均在 0 980 0以上。结论 :大多数蛋白测定项目可以使用血浆 ,少数特定蛋白测定项目也可将血浆行预处理后上ArraySystem进行蛋白测定。

Influences of protein concentrations in the plasma specimens analyzed with Array System

Objective:To study the influences of 18 protein complements in the plasma specimens analyzed with Array System.Methods:The concentrations of the 18 proteins were measured with the same instrument and reagent in the tube of anti-agglutinated of heparin and the common tube irrespectively,then predid the sample of PAB、APA、APB、CRP、ASO and analyzed them.After that,compared these results.Results:The concentrations of IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4、KAP、LAM、ALB、TRF、AAG、HPT、CER、RF in the plasma and serum showed no significant differences(P>0 05),r>0.9700.But the PAB、APA、APB、CRP、ASO varied in the plasma and serum(P<0.01);and the results of the predone plasma were no differences,(P>0 05)r>0.9800.Conclusions:Most of the proteins can be measured with Array System in the plasma and a few of specific protein complements can also be analysed with it,but which need to predo with them.
