| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨高频线阵型超声诊断肛瘘的价值.材料和方法: 使用GE Logiq 7型彩色超声波诊断仪及10 MHz高频线阵型探头对29例肛瘘患者进行检查, 并与手术结果对照.结果: 超声诊断括约肌间肛瘘17例内口22个、经括约肌肛瘘6例内口8个、括约肌上肛瘘4例、括约肌外肛瘘2例,与手术后诊断比较,肛瘘类型诊断符合率分别为17/17、6/6、3/4和1/2.结论: 高频线阵型超声能较清晰地显示肛瘘瘘管的部位、走行及内口,可为肛瘘的明确诊断和手术方案的制定提供较有价值的信息.

| Abstract: | Purpose: To detect anal fistula using a high-frequency linear array ultrasound. Materiasl and Methods: A 10 MHz high-frequency linear array probe of Logiq 7 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used to assess anal fistula preoperatively in 29 patients, and the results were comparrrred with those of operations. Results: there were 17 cases of intra-sphincter, 6 trans-sphincter, 4 super-sphincter, and 2 outside-sphincter anal fffistula. The high-frequency linear array ultrasound was accurate in diagnosing 17/17,6/6,3/4,1/2 of the lesions, and able to distinguish the location and internal opening of anal fistula. Conclusion: High-frequency linear array ultrasound could offer useful information in the diagnosis and treatment of anal fistula. |
