闭合性肾损伤的诊断与治疗46例报道

目的探讨闭合性肾损伤的诊断和治疗。方法对46例闭合性肾损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果行B超、CT、IVU检查分别是42例（91．3％），18例（39．1％）和3例（6．5％）；保守治疗35例（76．1％），手术治疗11例（23．9％），其中保肾手术8例（72．7％）；治愈45例（97．8％）；死亡1例（2．2％）。结论B超和CT检查可诊断并评估肾损伤程度，有利于制订合理保肾治疗方案。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Closed Renal Trauma of 46 Cases

Objective To explore the basic principle of diagnosis and treatment of closed renal trauma. Methods Clinical data of 46 cases of closed renal trauma were collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results 42 cases （91.3%） were diagnosed by ultrasonography, 18 cases （39.1%） by CT and 3（6.5%） by intravenous urography（IVU）. 35 cases（76.1%） received conservative treatment, and 11 cases （23.9%） underwent open operation, of whom 8 （72.7%） patients, kidney was reserved. 45 patients recovered and 1 died of the injury. Conclusion Ultrasonography and CT can diagnose quickly and evaluate accurately the degree of closed renal trauma. According to the degree of closed renal trauma, it is essential to plan a scheme in time, and perform reasonable conservative treatment.
