| 南板蓝根和北板蓝根抗甲型流感病毒作用的比较研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:对南板蓝根和北板蓝根进行抗甲型流感病毒作用的实验研究,了解广西习用品南板蓝根与北板蓝根抗甲型流感病毒作用的差异。方法:用鸡胚培养法观察两种板蓝根对甲型流感病毒的直接作用、治疗作用及预防作用,以利巴韦林为阳性对照药。结果:血凝滴度实验表明,南、北板蓝根均能明显灭活甲型流感病毒,其中直接作用与预防作用北板蓝根强于南板蓝根,治疗作用南板蓝根稍强。结论:南、北板蓝根都有抗甲型流感病毒作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To reseach Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae and Radix Isatidis against influenza A virus,and compare the difference between Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae and Radix Isatidis against influenza A virus.Methods:The antiviral effects of Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae and Radix Isatidis on influenza A virus were observed in chick-embryo culture using Ribavirin as positive control.Results:According to hemagglutination titer,Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae and Radix Isatidis showed significant inactivation of the influenza A virus.Radix Isatidis has more powerful direct and prevenient effect.However,Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae has more powerful cure effect.Conclusion:et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae and Radix Isatidis Rhizoma have antiviral effects on influenza A virus. |
