摘    要:目的 探讨LXR信号传导途径与炎症反应在鼠原代脑星形细胞间的相互作用.方法 用核受体LXR、RXR激动剂激活LXR信号传导途径,LPS诱发炎症反应.通过测定脑星形细胞内LXR靶基因脂蛋白E的含量及炎症因子白细胞介素-1β的含量评估LXR信号传导途径与炎症反应的相互影响.结果 LPS诱导的炎症反应通过影响LXR信号途径降低约50%脑星形细胞内脂蛋白E的含量,而激活LXR信号传导途径可降低40%~50%US诱导的白细胞介素-1β的产生并减弱其对脂蛋白E含量的影响.结论 LXR信号传导途径在维护脑内环境平衡方面起重要作用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the interaction of LXR signaling pathway and inflammation in mouse brain primary astrocytes. Methods LXR and RXR agonists were used to activate LXR signaling pathway, and LPS was employed to induce inflammation in mouse brain primary astrocytes. The interaction between LXR signaling pathway and inflammation in mouse primary astrocytes was determined by their influences on the production of LXR target gene apoE and inflammatory factor IL-1. Results LPS-induced inflammation could significantly reduce the production of LXR target gene apoE in mouse brain primary astrocytes. On the other hand, activation of LXR signaling pathway could dramatically attenuate LPS-induced IL-1 production and apoE reduction in mouse brain primary astrocytes. Conclusions LXR signaling pathway may play important role in the maintenance of cerebral balance.
