| 摘 要： | 血管生成是包括胰腺癌在内的实体肿瘤生长和转移的必要因素,抗血管生成治疗为胰腺癌的治疗带来了新的希望.其中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)处于核心地位.但由于胰腺癌生长和转移的复杂性,抗VEGF治疗需与其它抗血管生成通路治疗、放疗和化疗联合应用.

| Abstract: | Angiogenesis is essential factor for tumors include pancreatic cancer to growth and metastasis, so antiangiogenesis therapy may be a hope for treatment of pancreatic cancer. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is most important of all angiogenesis factors. For growth and metastasis of pancreatic cancer is so complex, anti-VEGF therapy must be applied combining with other way of antiangiogenesis therapy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. |
