山羊迷走神经感觉纤维的来源——HRP法研究

为了探讨山羊迷走神经感觉纤维的来源,本文将HRP注入颈迷走神经干后,在结状节出现大量密集的标记细胞,颈静脉节中也有较多的细胞被标记,但其密度和数量远不如结状节。在颈1—8和胸1—3的背根节中出现一定数量的标记细胞。此外,少量的标记细胞见于迷走神经干的纤维束中,这些标记细胞的形态与结状节的基本相同。

ORIGIN OF THE SENSORY FIBERS OF THE VAGUS NERVE IN THE GOAT BY MEANS OF THE HRP METHOD

After injection of HRP into the cervical trunk of the vagus nerve in the goat, a large number of labelled cells was found in the nodose and jugular ganglia ipsilaterally,however, the labelled cells of the former were much more and denser than that of the later. A considerable number of labelled ceils was also seen in the dorsal root ganglia of the cervical (C_(1-8)) and thoracic (T_(1-3)) segments. A few were found among fiber tracts of the vagal trunk, these cells were indistinquishable in shape from the cells situated in the nodose ganglion. These results show that the sensory fibers of the vagus nerve originate from three sources: neurons in nodose and jugular ganglia, in dorsal root ganglia of C and T spinal nerves, and scattered sensory neurons located in the vagal trunk.
