摘    要:目的:为了充分利用白术植物药材,首次鉴定证实白术中含黄酮类化合物,并用分光光度法对其进行含量测定。方法:采用乙醇浸提法从白术中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证,并用分光光度法测定含量。结果:测得生白术总黄酮的含量1.329%,焦白术总黄酮的含量为1.136%。结论:白术药材中含黄酮类物质,炮制方法对黄酮含量有一定的影响。可见分光光度法测定,方法简便、有效。

Abstract:Objective To make use of the resources of Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz(AMK),approach the identification of AMK and determine flavonoid content by Spectrophotometry.Methods The flavonoid were extracted by ethanol as the solvent from AMK.Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of the flavonoid.Results By this method the content of the flavanoid of fresh AMK is 1.329% and deep-fried AMK is 1.136%.Conclusion There are flavonoid in AMK.Difference preparative ways had different effects on the content of flavonoid of AMK.Spectrophotometry is a easy and fast method for detection of total flavonoid content in AMK.
