综合应用热化疗预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的观察

目的探讨综合应用热、化疗预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效和安全性。方法对48例病理证实的膀胱移行细胞癌患者，在膀胱腔内用恒温蒸馏水持续灌注60～90min，1次／d，共10次。同时用吡柔比星30mg膀胱灌注，每周1次，共8次后，改每月1次，共8次；膀胱镜检查无肿瘤复发，再改为3个月1次，总灌注时间16个月。结果随访36个月，仅2例复发外，其余均未复发和转移，复发率不足5％，有效率为高达95．83％。结论综合应用热、化疗对预防膀胱移行细胞癌术后复发疗效和安全性均好。

The observation of efficacy and safety of thermotherapy combined chemotherapy for preventing postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the thermo therapy combined chemotherapy for preventing postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer. Methods Instilling thermostatic distilled water combined with perarubicin treated 48 patients with superficial bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Thermostatic distilled water were instilled intravesically lasted from 60 to 90 minutes once a day for ten days. At the same time,30 mg perarubicin were instilled once a week for eight weeks then followed by once a month for eight months. Cystoscope examination was used to survey the recurrence situation, At last the instillation were performed once three months for total 16 months. Results All the patients were followed up for 36 months, only 2 cases have recurrenced. Tumor recurrence rate were less than 5% , and the efficiency rate was as high as 95.8%. Conclusion Thermotherapy combined chemotherapy is an efficacy and safety way for preventing postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer.
