| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定逐瘀扶正胶囊中蒽醌类成分含量的方法。方法:利用蒽醌类成分与醋酸镁反应显红色的特性,利用比色法测定其含量。结果:醋酸镁比色法操作简便,结果准确,平均加样回收率为(100.78±1.98)%,重复性好(RSD=2.78%,n=5),可有效控制逐瘀扶正胶囊的质量。结论:醋酸镁比色法可作为逐瘀扶正胶囊中蒽醌类成分的定量方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of anthraquinones in Zhuyufuzheng capsules.Methods:Anthraquinones in Zhuyufuzheng capsules were determined by colorimetry. Results:This method was simple, quick and reproducible(RSD=2.78%, n=5). The average recovery was(100.78±1.98)%. By this method, the quality of Zhuyufuzheng capsules can be controlled effectively. Conclusion:The colorimetry can be used to determine the content of anthraquinones in Zhuyufuzheng capsules. |
