| 摘 要： | 目的：观察疏血通注射液治疗肺心病伴肺栓塞的临床疗效。方法：将23例肺心病伴肺栓塞未溶栓患者，随机分为2组，对照组常规予以低分子肝素治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用疏血通注射液，疗程7天。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后血液流变学的变化。结果：临床疗效总有效率观察组91．7％，对照组63．6％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。观察组治疗前后血液流变学各项指标（血浆黏度除外）比较，差异有显著性或非常显著性意义（P〈0.05，P〈0.01）。对照组血液流变学各项指标治疗前后比较，差异均无显著性意义护〉0.05）。结论：加用疏血通注射液治疗肺心病伴肺栓塞疗效优于常规西药。
