加味定喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效观察

目的：观察自拟加味定喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的临床效果。方法：将本院呼吸科收治的82例AECOPD患者作为研究对象，随机分成2组，对照组40例给予抗感染、平喘、化痰、吸氧等常规西医治疗；治疗组42例在常规吸氧、抗感染的基础上，给予加味定喘汤治疗，治疗10天后观察2组临床疗效以及呼吸困难评分、肺功能、动脉血气分析指标的变化。结果：临床疗效总有效率治疗组为95．2％，对照组为7S．0％，2组疗效比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。2组治疗后呼吸困难评分、肺功能及动脉血气各指标分别比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01），治疗组改善明显优于对照组。结论：加味定喘汤具有清肺平喘、止咳化痰的功效，配合常规西医疗法治疗AECOPD，可以有效地控制临床症状，改善肺功能，减少复发率，值得临床推广。
