| 摘 要： | 目的：观察精道排毒丸治疗慢性前列腺炎湿热蕴结型的临床疗效。方法：本研究纳入病例100例，治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组服用精道排毒丸，对照组服用前列康。以美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数（Nm—CPSI）评分及前列腺液白细胞计数为疗效评价指标判定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为86％，对照组为68％，2组比较，差并有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组治疗后NIH—CPSI评分均较治疗前明显降低，差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。2组治疗后比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组前列腺液白细胞计数均明显降低，与治疗前比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；但2组治疗后比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论：应用精道排毒丸治疗慢性前列腺炎湿热蕴结型，临床疗效确切。
