| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究高血压患者动态血压监测参数、昼夜节律、变异性与左室肥厚的关系。方法 :75例高血压患者,男51例,女24例,平均年龄 (63±8)岁。动态血压监测24小时血压 ,超声心动图测量并按Devereux校正公式计算左心室重量指数(LVMI)。结果 :血压昼夜节律消失患者LVMI、动态血压参数 :24小时SBP、nSBP、nDBP、24小时SBPV、nSBPV、ndDBPV高于存在者 (P<0.05) ;高血压左室肥厚 (LVH)者LVMI、动态血压变异系数 :24小时SBPV、nSBPV明显高于无LVH组 (P<0.05) ;LVH组LVMI与24小时SBPV、nSBPV呈正相关(r=0.497、0.369 ,P<0.05)。结论 :高血压左室肥厚与动态血压变异性增高及昼夜节律消失有关。
