老年人抑郁与相关因素之间的交叉滞后分析

目的考察老年人在20个月期间抑郁及各相关变量发生的变化以及变量间的因果关系。方法对北京3个社区170位60～85岁的老年人进行了间隔时间为20个月的追踪研究,进行了觉知日常环境控制感、领悟社会支持、自评健康状况、抑郁的测查。结果1觉知日常环境控制感明显下降,所有被试中觉知下降的占66.67%。自评健康状况在70岁之后呈明显下降趋势。领悟社会支持比较稳定,所有被试中觉知不变的占78.44%。抑郁变化不大,没有比较明显的趋势;2在与领悟社会支持的关系中,抑郁是原因变量。在与自评健康状况的关系中,抑郁是结果变量。而与觉知日常环境感只存在简单相关。结论各变量变化趋势不一致,且抑郁并不总是扮演结果变量的角色。

A cross-lagged regression analysis among depression and its related factors in urban old adults

Objective To study the change on the factors during the 20-mouth and the causality of the factors.Methods 170 old adults aged 60～85 of three community of in Beijing took part in a 20-mouth follow study.In this study,we investigated perception of control,social support,self-evaluated health status and depression of these old adults.Results①Health status,perceived social support,expectant perception of control,physical perception of control and social perception of control of old adults changed during the 20-mouth follow study except depression and perception of control;②Depression at Time 1 could predict the perceived social support,health status and perceived control could predict depression and perceived social support,self-evaluated health status might be related to each other.Conclusion The changes of the four factors were not the same,and depression did not take the role of effect.
