| 摘 要： | 目的对自拟运脾止泻汤治疗小儿顽固性腹泻的临床疗效观察。方法随机将顽固性腹泻患儿106例分为治疗组53例,采用口服运脾止泻汤加服思密达及乳酸菌素颗粒或静脉补液,对照组53例,单纯采用口服思密达及乳酸菌素颗粒或静脉补液。两足疗程均为8d,以观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率98.11%,对照组总有效率88.68%,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论运脾止泻汤联合常规西药治疗小儿顽固性腹泻疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective The Self Treatment of Pediatric Spleen intractable diarrhea Diarrhea Patients.Methods Children with intractable diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group of 106 cases,53 patients with oral spleen services Smecta Tonga diarrhea and lactobacillus granules or intravenous rehydration,control group 53 cases,simply the use of oral smecta and lactic acid bacteriaSu particles or intravenous rehydration.Two-foot 8-day course of treatment are to observe the effect.Results The total effective rate 98.11%,the efficiency of the control group was 88.68%,the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Spleen Decoction and routine Western antidiarrheal treatment of children with intractable diarrhea significantly. |
