康复训练及健康教育慢性恢复期对精神分裂症患者自我效能感效果的影响

目的 探讨康复训练和健康教育对慢性恢复期精神分裂症患者的自我效能感效果的影响.方法 将110例住院男性精神分裂症恢复期患者随机分为研究组和对照组各55例.对照组只接受药物治疗,研究组在此基础上接受康复训练和健康教育.采用自我效能感量表（GSES）和生活质量量表（（SQLS）对两组患者进行训练,对训练前后康复状态进行评估.结果 10周后,研究组GSES、SQLS评分明显优于对照组（P《0.05）.结论 康复训练和健康教育能有效地提高患者的自我效能感,增强自信心,改善患者的社会功能,提高生活质量.

Exploring the Self-efficacy Effect to the Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia In Rehabilitation Period by Rehabilitation Training and Health Education

Objective The thesis aims at exploring the self-efficacy effect to the patients with chronic schizophrenia in rehabilitation period by rehabilitation training and health education.Methods 110 hospitalized chronic schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period were divided into two groups of 55 each.The study group only received medical treatments while the comparative group,besides,took rehabilitation training and health education programs in accordance with the general self-efficacy scale（GSES）and the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale（SQLS）.An evaluation was conducted about the effect in each group.Results Ten weeks later,statistics show that the scores of GSES and SQLS in study group are dramatically higher（P0.05）.Conclusion the rehabilitation training and health education may effectively improve the patients＇ general self-efficacy scale,enhance their confidence Kegword develop their social function as well as improve their life scale.
