强直性脊柱炎病机特点文献研究

目的 从文献角度研究强直性脊柱炎病机特点,为临床中医药治疗本病提供参考.方法 检索筛选近加年来中药方治疗强直性脊柱炎随机、半随机对照试验文献,通过频数分析及因子分析,探索AS病机特点.结果 纳入文献115篇;病机研究显示肾虚占纳入文献82.61%,湿邪占79.13%,瘀血占75.65%,其余渐次为风邪、寒邪、气虚、热邪、肝虚、痰浊、血虚;病机形成5个因子,F1包括寒邪、热邪,F2包括风邪、湿邪、经络不通,F3包括肾虚、肝虚、血虚,F4包括瘀血、痰浊、经络不通,F5包括气虚、血虚.结论 强直性脊柱炎病机以肾精不足、肾阳亏虚为本,以风邪、寒邪、热邪、湿邪、瘀血、痰浊阻滞督脉为标.

The Litersture Study of Characteristics of Pathogenesis on Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective To analyse the law of pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis on literature study,so as to provide reference for clinical treating AS by Traditional Chinese Medicine.Method Search the random and semi-random treatment studies of Traditional Chinese medicine in the past 20 years;explore the pathogenesis characteristics of AS by frequency analysis and factor analysis.Results 115 documents are bringed in the study.In the total literature,the pathogenesis of kidney deficiency accounted for 82.61%,wet evil 79.13%,blood stasis 75.65%,the rest gradually as pathogenic wind,cold pathogen,qi deficiency,heat evil,liver deficiency,Phlegm,blood deficiency;the pathogenesis forms five factors：F1 including cold pathogen and heat evil,F2 including pathogenic wind,wet evil and meridian barrier,F3 including kidney,liver and blood deficiency,F4 including blood deficiency,Phlegm,meridian barrier,F5 including qi and blood deficiency.Conclusion The Basic pathogenesis of AS are kidney essence;wet evil,blood stasis,pathogenic wind,cold pathogen and heat evil are important conditions.
