| 摘 要： | 组织配型技术的不断完善以及环孢菌素A(CsA),FK506等新型免疫抑制剂的应用,使肾移植术后急性排斥反应的发生率显著降低。但是,严重排斥反应的发生仍是影响移植肾存活的重要因素。肾移植术后急性排斥反应发生率为71%,其中耐激素性排斥反应约有20%1]。我们近5年来诊断和治疗12例

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the curative effect and side effect of monoclonal antibody of anti CD3(OKT3) in the treatment of Steroid-resistant renal transplant rejection.Methods The OKT3 treatment of 12 cases of refactory renal allograft rejection was studied retrospectively.Results 12 acute rejection episodes were reversed.The reverse rate was 100%.Side effects of OKT3 were as follows:3 cases of fever,1case of chill,1 case of dyspnea,2 cases of headache,2 cases of diarrhea,3 cases of leukocyte decrease,3 cases of pulmonary infection.Conclusion OKT3 could effectively treat refractory renal allograft rejection.Cytokines release syndrome was the main side effects of treatment with OKT3 and cytomgalovirs infection was a very serious side effect of treatment with OKT3. |
