手足口病患儿家长的心理状态分析

目的分析手足口病患儿家长的心理状态，寻求良好的心理干预措施，以使其更好地配合医护人员，促进患儿康复。方法采用SAS焦虑自评量表、SCL-90症状自评量表对2008年1-12月人住我院儿科病房的94例手足口病患儿家长及80例支气管肺炎患儿家长进行问卷调查。结果观察组SAS评分为（56．34±13．20）分，对照组SAS评分为（41．28±10．15）分，两组差异有统计学意义（t=2．42，P〈0．01）。观察组不同性别、不同文化程度的家长SAS得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），不同年龄的家长SAS得分差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组的患儿家长SCL-90各因子得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论手足口病患儿家长的焦虑及抑郁等状况较支气管肺炎患儿家长更严重，护理人员应关注手足口病患儿家长的心理感受和心理需求，针对其特殊性．采取不同的教育方式加强健康教育，使家长全身心地配合患儿的治疗及护理，促进患儿早日康复。

Analysis on Mental State for the Parents of the Children with Hand-foot-mouth Disease

Objective To investigate the mental state of the parents of children with hand-foot- mouth disease and find good psychological interventions to enable them to cooperate with medical staff closely for the health of children. Methods Ninety-four parents of children with hand-foot- mouth disease and eighty parents of children with bronchopneumonia admitted from Jan to Dec in 2008 were surveyed by SAS and SCL-90 factors. Results The scores of SAS（56.34±13.20）in the observed group were significantly higher than that（41.28 ±10.15）in the control group（ t = 2.42, P d0.01 ）. There were significant differences in the SAS scores by the level of education and the gender in the observed group（ P d0.05 ）. The differences in the SAS scores by age lacked statistical meaning（ P 〈0.05）. The scores of SCL-9 factors in the observed group were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The parents of children with hand-foot- mouth disease have more serious negative feelings including anxiety, depression than the parents of children with bronchopneumonia. It was necessary for the nursing staff to concern their specific psychological feelings and needs by strengthening health education and complete cooperation for the patients early recovery.
