慢性丙型肝炎患者T细胞亚群及sIL—2R与中医证型的关系

目的:探讨慢性丙型肝炎患者中医证型与T淋巴细胞亚群及可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)的关系。方法:对28例慢性丙型肝炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和sIL-2R进行观察,按中医辨证分为肝郁脾虚型、血瘀型,并与20例健康人对照。结果:慢性丙型肝炎患者(包括肝郁脾虚型和血瘀型)存在着免疫功能低下,表现在CD_3~ 、CD_4~ 、CD_4~ /CD_8~ 比值明显降低(P<0.01),CD_8~ 、sIL-2R明显增高(P<0.01)。血瘀型CD_3~ 、CD_4~ 、CD_4~ /CD_8~ 比值低于肝郁脾虚型,CD_8~ 、sIL-2R高于肝郁脾虚型。结论:血瘀型免疫损伤比肝郁脾虚型严重,慢性丙型肝炎中医证型的微观指标值得进一步研究。

The Relationship on the Syndrome's Type of TCM and T Cell Subgroup in Peripheral Blood and sIL-2R of the Patients with Chronic Hepatitis C (CHC)

Aim: To study the relationship on the syndrome's type of TCM and T-lymphocyte subpopulation and sIL-2R of the patients with CHC. Methods: The 28 Patients with CHC were divided two syndrome's type of TCM and their T-lymphocyte subpopulation and sIL-2R were detected. At the same time, the detective results compare with the those of the 20 normal people. Results: The level of the CD3 . CD4 , CD4 /CD8 ratio in patients with CHC including the two syndromes was of low statue (P<0. 01), CD8 and sIL-2R was of high statue (P<0. 01). The level of the CD3 , CD4 , CD4 /CD8 ratio in the syndrome of blood stasis was inferior to the syndrome of stagnation of the liver-Qi with deficiency of the Spleen, and the level of the CD8 and sIL-2R was higher than that of the latter. Conclusion: The result suggested that damage of immune function in the syndrome of blood stasis was serious than that of the syudrome of stagnation of the liver-Qi with deficiency of the spleen. It is necessary further studying the microcosmic index of syndrome type of TCM of the patients with CHC.
