| 摘 要： | 目的探讨指尖掌侧静脉在指尖再植中的作用.方法临床再植指尖234例(267指),全部吻合掌侧静脉.结果成活248指,成活率93.1%.再植指尖外观饱满,感觉及运动正常.结论吻合掌侧静脉可满足指尖再植时静脉回流的需要.

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the effect of palm veins in fingertip replantation. Methods 234(267fingers) cases fingertip replantation had been done from April 1989 to May 2000. All the palm vein were anastomosed in the patients. Results 248 fingertip survived. The survival rates was 93.1%. The recovery of movement and sensation were excellent. Conclusion Anastomosed palm vein could meet the need of vein circulation. |
