| 摘 要： | 目的：在CMS计划系统中计算并比较三种衔接方式的剂量分布。方法：定义三种衔接方式：a、皮肤共线，b、中心矢状面共线，c、完全共线。比较在衔接层面以及上下两个层面110％，100％，90％，85％等剂量曲线的大小和位置，比较大于100％剂量总体积大小和脊髓受量大于100％剂量体积大小。结果：大于100％剂量总体积大小排序为皮肤共线方式最大，中心矢状面共线方式次之，完全共线方式最小；皮肤共线方式的脊髓受量大于100％剂量体积最大，中心矢状面共线方式和完全共线方式接近；中心矢状面共线方式和完全共线方式各层面等剂量曲线分布大致相同。结论：从CMS计划系统中观察，中心矢状面共线方式更适用。
