| 摘 要： | 目的:观察湿润烧伤膏对腋臭根治手术刀口恢复的临床疗效.方法:统计共90例,180个腋窝.腋臭切除术后,腋窝部形成手术刀口,48小时后除去包扎敷料,术区改涂美宝湿润烧伤膏,并同时用呋西地酸软膏、红霉素软膏与其对照.结果:用美宝湿润烧伤膏组平均愈合时间是8.26天±2.8天,用呋西地酸软膏组是10.34天±2.1天,用红霉素软膏组是13.05天±1.85天.美宝湿润烧伤膏组的愈合时间明显短于其它两组(P＜0.01).结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏在腋窝部手术后使用,具有创面愈合快、止痛效果好的优点.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO on healing of incision of bromidrosis radical surgery. Method： 90 eases （180 axillaries） were enrolled in. The bandage dressing at the incision of bromidrosis radical surgery was removed after 48 hours post - operation, then the wound of incision was apphed MEBO. The fusidic acid cream and erythromycin ointment were applied as comparison. Result： The average healing time in MEBO treatment group was 8. 26 ± 2. 8 days, while 10. 34 ±2. 1 days in fusidie acid cream group and 13.05 ± 1.85 days in etythromycin ointment. The wound healing time in MEBO group was significant shorter than that in other two groups （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： It has advantages of shortening wound healing time and good stop pain effect to treat wound of post - operation of axillary surgery. |
