| 摘 要： | 通过临床和实验室研究发现,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)具有复杂的生物学活性,并发现在某些疾病中,IL-10基因的多态性与其表达量特征性升高有关,从而发现这种多态性与某些疾病的易感性及疾病的进展、预后有关。

| Abstract: | Recently, several clinical trials and laboratory investigation have demonstrated that the IL-10 was of complex biologic characteristics. And in some diseases, the gene polymorphisms of IL-10 were associated with its marked high expression. These findings showed that its gene polymorphisms was related to some diseases in its susceptivity, development and prognosis. |
