| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对肝癌患者负性情绪和生存质量的影响。方法将60例肝癌患者随机分成干预组和对照组,每组30例。采用症状自评表（SCL-90）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、生存质量量表（CARES-SF）对患者进行心理状态和生活质量的评估;对2组患者入院时及治疗后1个月的SDS、SAS、SCL-90及CARES-SF评分结果进行比较。结果2组患者入院时SDS、SAS和SCL-90评分比较差异均无显著性意义（P〉0.05）;干预组治疗后1个月SDS、SAS、SCL-90评分均低于入院时及对照组（P〈0.05）;对照组治疗前后SDS、SAS、SCL-90评分比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）;干预组治疗后1个月CARES-SF评分明显高于入院时及对照组（P〈0.05）。结论心理干预能有效地改善肝癌患者的负性情绪和心理压力,有利于提高生活质量。
