| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺对胃肠道功能障碍的作用特点和机制.方法:将研究对象随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用针刺足三里、内关穴为主;对照组口服西沙比利(胃动力药),观察比较治疗前后胃电图等指标的变化及临床疗效.结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),且胃电图较前改善.结论:针刺对胃动力障碍有良好的促进作用.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate characteristics and mechanisms o f acupuncture action on dysfunction of the gastrointestinal tract. Methods The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control gro up. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture at Zusanli(ST 36), Neiguan(P C 6) as main points and the control group were treated by oral administration of cisapride. Changes of electrogastrogram before and after treatment and the ther apeutic effects were investigated and compared. ResultsThe therape utic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group ( P<0 05), with electrogastrogram improved. ConclusionAcupuncture has a good promoting action on gastrodynamic disturbance. |
