| 摘 要： | 黑尿热是由疟疾及其抗疟药物如伯喹、奎宁类药物所致的急性血管内溶血，在疟疾流行区偶有所见，报道甚少。我院１９８４年～１９９２年收治２３例，占同期住院疟疾２４７例的９．３１％，现予报道。

| Abstract: | Hemoglobinuric is the acute intravascular hemolysis caused by malaria and such antimalaria drugs as primaquine and quinine. It was occasionally found in the epidemic areas. This paper reports 23 eases of hemoglobinuric fever, which amounted to 9.31%of the 247 inpatients of malaria in this hospital during the period of 1984 and 1992. |
