| 摘 要： | 目的分析宜川社区2001年～2005年肺结核的流行现状以及探讨社区防治对策。方法根据日常新病例登记报告进行描述流行病学分析。结果2001～2005年登记在册的肺结核病人中,本社区177例,外来人口9例。男女之比为1.6∶1。2001～2004年,全社区肺结核新登记率和菌阳新登记率有所递减,2005年疫情有所波动,肺结核新登记率和菌阳新登记率均有上升;5年来,65岁及以上老年人肺结核新登记率逐年递增。治疗期内共死亡10例,其中2例死于肺结核,8例死于其他并发症。结论加大对《上海市菌阳肺结核病政府减免治疗办法实施细则(试行)》的宣传力度,开展老年人群和外来人口的健康教育,提高社区DOTS督导管理的质量。
