| 摘 要： | 良好的沟通能力、精湛的医术和熟悉法律是当代医生必须具备的三种职业素质。这些素质教育，则是必须在临床带教中给以强化。因此，临床带教老师应当采取科学、适用、针对性强的方法加强医学生的素质教育，切实构建和谐医患关系。

| Abstract: | Good communication capability, superb medical skills and familiarity with the law are three kinds of professional quality for contemporary doctors, which are needed to enhance in clinical teaching. Clinical teachers should take scientific, applied and targeted approaches to reinforce quality education for medical students to effectively build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. |
