早搏后T波改变203例临床分析

目的：研究早搏后Ｔ波改变的临床意义。方法：在该院１９９６年１月～１０月间８３８例有各类早搏的心电图中，分析其中２０３例早搏后第一个窦性搏动Ｔ波有改变的心电图。结果：从中发现了４种现象，即早搏后第一个窦性Ｔ波有４种改变：（１）由低平或倒置转为直立。（２）Ｔ波由直立、Ｔ〉１／１０Ｒ转为低平、双向或倒置。（３）Ｔ波由直立变为振幅稍减低，时限增宽。（４）Ｙ波由直立变为振幅稍增高，时限增宽。２０３例中有１２

Clinical Analysis of T Wave Changes after Premature Beat in 203 Patients

Objective:To Study the clinical significance of T wave changes after premature beat. Methods:Electrocardiograms with T wave changes after premature beat were analyzed in 203 of 838 patients with different kinds of premature beat from January to October of 1996. Results:The first T wave after premature beat changed(l)from lowflat or inversion to straight; (2) from straight,T>1/10R to lowflat,bidirection or inversion; (3)from straight to amplitude lowering,and time limit widening;and(4)from straight to amplitude increase,and time limit widening. Of 203 patients, 121 were cardiopathy,and 82 were non-cardiopathy. Conclusion: Electrotonic modulation and ischemic factor existed simultaneously in T wave changes. Its sig-nificance should be studied in the future.
