| 摘 要： | 1986年12月～1989年2月采用经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗肝癌60例。全部病例均经股动脉穿刺插管,行腹腔动脉、肠系膜上动脉造影后将导管送入肝癌之供血动脉,注入阿霉素及氟脲嘧啶、碘油乳浊液。术后1个月内死于并发症8例,其余存活1个月以上,最长存活26个月仍健在。以寿命表法统计半年、1年、2年的累计受治存活率分别为63.0％、36.0％、24.0％。本文根据60例治疗体会及治疗效果,讨论了本疗法术前诊断及术后观察、治疗肝癌的估计、栓塞药物的选择、栓塞后的并发症等。

| Abstract: | Seventy transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolizations with emulsion containing iodized oil, adriamycin and 5-Fu were undertaken for the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma in 53 patients and secondary hepatic carcinoma in 2 patients. The oil emulsion was selectively remained in the tumor vessels and also in the small daughter nodules that could not be detected by angiography or computed tomography prior to the chemoembol-ization. Following the procedure, the liver tumors appeared as areas of markedly high density on CT. Elective hepatic resection was performed on 3 of tese cases following then chemoembolization and complete necrosis of the tumor was demonstrated in 2 cases. The cumulative one-and two-year survival rates were 36.0% and 24.0%. respectively. The results we have got indicate that the chemoembolization is a useful palliative measure for treatment of hepatic neoplasms. |
