血栓通注射液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞临床观察

目的 观察血栓通注射液对视网膜静脉阻塞临床治疗效果。方法 50例视网膜静脉阻塞病人,分为血栓通治疗组(30例30只眼)和尿激酶对照组(20例21只眼),平均治疗疗程28 d;对2组病人作视力、荧光眼底血管造影和血液流变学指标等检查并评定疗效。结果 治疗组视力提高和有效率方面优于对照组,在开始有效日方面治疗组比对照组见效快(P<0.05);治疗组血液流变学指标前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论血栓通注射液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞是安全有效的药物。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Retinal Vein Occlusion with Xueshuantong Zhusheye

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xueshuantong Zhusheye in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion. Methods 50 cases of retinal vein occlusion, as Xueshuantong Zhusheye treatment guoup, 30 patients (30 eyes) were treated with Xueshuantong Zhusheye, and were compared with contuol group, 20 patients(21 eyes) were treated wiyh Urokinasum. The patients were treated for 28 days. All affected eyes underwent the chnical examinations of visual acuity, ocular fundus photography, tunds fluoreceine angoigraphy (FFA) amd hemorheology, and the preand post-treatment were analyzed. Results Comparson of improvement of visual acuity and effect rate showed the treatment group was more than both comtrol group (P < 0.05). Whole blood viscosity(WBV) and fibrinogen of the treatment group were significantly lower than in the pretreatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion It was safe and effective that Xueshuantong Zhusheye in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion.
