逐瘀通脉胶囊对急性脑梗死患者组织纤溶酶原激活剂和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂的影响及临床意义

目的探讨逐瘀通脉胶囊治疗急性脑梗死患者组织纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI),评定其临床疗效。方法将58例急性脑梗死患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用逐瘀通脉胶囊;对照组仅采用常规治疗。两组于治疗前和治疗后第28 d,分别进行神经功能缺失评分和疗效评定;测定t-PA和PAI。结果治疗组总有效率、病死率、神经功能缺失评分(ESS)、生活能力(ADL)与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05～0.01)。结论逐瘀通脉胶囊可促进急性脑梗死患者神经功能康复。

Affection and Its Clinical Significance of Zhuyutongmai Capsule on Plasminogen Activator and Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor of Acute Cerebral Infarction Tissue

Objective To discuss zhuyutongmai capsule affection on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and determine the tissue plasminogen activator（t-PA） and plasminogen activator inhibitor（PAI） on acute cerebral infarction,and clinical Evaluation.Methods The 58 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,In the conventional treatment group therapy based on the use zhuyutongmai capsule,Control group with conventional therapy.The two groups before treatment and after treatment in the first 28 days respectively neurological deficit score and efficacy evaluation;Determination of t-PA and PAI.Results The total effective rate in treatment group,mortality,neurological deficit score（ESS）,life skills（ADL） compared with the control group were significantly differents（P〈0.05～0.01）.Conclusion Zhuyutongmai capsule could promote the rehabilitation of neurologic function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
