| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氧驱动雾化吸入与超声雾化吸入对婴幼儿支气管肺炎治疗效果的影响,为选择合适的雾化吸入方式提供依据。方法将64例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组,氧气雾化组（氧气组）和超声雾化组（超声组）,各32例,两组除雾化方式不同外,雾化药物及其他治疗相同。结果氧气组症状/体征改善时间较超声组显著缩短（P〈0.01）。氧气组雾化治疗不良反应如哭闹、青紫、治疗中止等发生率显著低于超声组（P〈0.05）。结论氧气雾化吸入对患儿刺激性小,不良反应少,耐受性好,适用于下呼吸道疾病（如支气管肺炎）的治疗。而超声雾化产生的雾粒较大,容易沉降于大气道，上呼吸道疾患可优先选择。
