| 摘 要： | 了解成人牙周炎患者治疗前后龈沟液中可溶性细胞间粘附分子－１含量的变化。方法：采用常规滤纸条法收集正常成人以及成年人牙周炎患者治疗前后的ＧＣＦ样本，用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测其ｓＩＣＡＭ－１的含量。结果治疗后ＧＦＣ中ｓＩＣＡＭ－１的水平显著下降。

| Abstract: | objective:To Study the soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (GCF sICAM 1) level in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) in the patients with periodontitis before and after conventional treatment.Methods:GCF sICAM 1 content was analyzed using an ELISA technique following careful sampling of GCF with standardzed filter strips.Results:GCF sICAM 1 levels (kU/ml) were 272.07 and 141.42 respectively before and 1 week after periodontal treatment ( P <0.01),that was 70.75 1 month after treatment.Conclusion:GCF sICAM 1 level may be a sensitive and objective marker for detection of periodontal tissue inflammation. |
