| 摘 要： | 自南方菟丝子中分得6种黄酮成分,其中4种分别鉴定为山奈酚、槲皮素、紫云英甙及金丝桃甙。同正品菟丝子中的化学成分比较,菟丝子中主要含槲皮素及山奈酚甙类,南方菟丝子中主要含山奈酚及槲皮素甙类,提示黄酮类成分可以用于鉴别这两种菟丝子药材。

| Abstract: | Six flavonoids were isolated from the seed of Cuscuta australis and four of them were identified as kaempferol,quercetin,astragalin and hyperoside.Hyperoside was obtained from this plant for the first time. In comparison with the flavonoids in C.chinensis, it is found that quercetin and its glycoside are the main flavonoids in C.australis. This result suggests that the flavonoids can be used to distinguish these two medicinal materials. |
