| 摘 要： | 对叶下珠等21种中草药进行抗乙肝病毒药物研究,通过体外及体内逐步筛选发现,叶下珠和虎杖提取物对鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)及乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)均有较好的抑制效果,旱莲草对HBVDNAp有一定的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The antiviral study of 21 Chinese medicinal herbs was carried out in vitro and in vivo.The extracts of phyllanthus urinarin and polygonum cuspidatum exhibite obvious effects on duck hepatitis B virus and human hepatitis B virus, while the extract of Eclipta alba showed limited inhibition on HBV DAN polymerase. |
