| 摘 要： | 从怀牛膝乙醇提取物中分离出8个化合物,通过理化常数测定和光谱解析并与文献对照,分别鉴定为α-菠甾醇(1),β-谷甾醇(2),大黄酚(3),邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(4),软脂酸(5),α-菠甾醇葡萄糖甙(6),胡萝卜甙(7)和脱皮甾酮(8),1～7为首次自该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Eight compounds were separated from the roots of Achyrathes bidentata by repeated chromatography. On the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis their structures were elucidated as alpha-spinasterol (1), beta-sitosterol (2), chrysophanol (3), dibutyl phthalate (4), palmitic acid (5), alpha-spinasterol-3-O-beta-D-glucoside (6), daucosterol (7) and ecdysterone (8). Compounds 1-7 were isolated from the plant for the first time. |
