| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大肠癌组织中aFGF、bFGF及FGFR1表达水平与大肠癌发生、发展的关系。为通过阻断FGF与其受体结合治疗大肠癌提供依据。方法：应用RT-PCR技术对50例大肠癌及癌旁组织aFGF、bFGF及FGFR1基因mRNA的表达水平进行了分析，10例正常大肠组织作为对照，结果：大肠癌组织中aFGF、bFGF及FGFR1基因mRNA水平均有过度表达，与癌旁组织及正常大肠组织比较，有显著差异；且与Dukes分期密切相关。结论：aFGF、bFGF及其受体FGFR1在大肠癌的发生、发展、转移中起重要作用，可作为大肠癌生物学行为的重要指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the e xpression of aFGF,bFGF and FGFR 1 in the occur-rence and development of colorectal cancer,and to provide t he basis for preventing tumor growth by blocking FGF and its receptor.Methods: The expression levels of aFGF,bFGF and FGFR 1 were evaluated by RT-PCR in50cases of colorectal cancer and their peritum oral tissue,10cas-es of normal colorectal tissue were regarded as the contro l group.Results:There were overex-pression of aFGFmRNA,bFGFmRNA and FGFR 1 mRNA in the colorectal cancer,and the expres-sion levels in Dukes C?D sta ge were significantly higher than those in Ducks A?B stage.Con-clusion:aFGF ,bFGF and FGFR 1 may play important role in carcinogenesis,development and in-vasion of c olorectal cancer. |
