| 摘 要： | 目的进一步探讨肥胖与2型糖尿病的关系。方法随机选取53例男性2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)及47例男性正常人(对照组),分别采用多频生物电阻抗进行人体成分测量,包括脂肪含量、体脂百分比、肌肉重量、无机盐含量等。结果糖尿病组体脂百分比、腰臀比高于对照组(P<0.05),而下肢非脂肪体重低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹部脂肪堆积、下肢非脂肪物质缺乏的中央型肥胖可能与2型糖尿病的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Body composition was analyzed in 53 male type 2 diabetes mellitus patients(diabetes group) and 47 male healthy subjects(control group) at random.Fattiness contents,body fattiness percentage,muscle and mineral contents,etc,were measured by mulfrequency bioelectrical impedance. Results Body fattiness percent and waist hip ratio were significantly higher in diabetes group than those in control group(P<0.05).Lean body composition of lower limbs in diabetes group was significantly lower compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The central obesity resulted from accumulated fat in abdomen and lacking lean body composition in lower limbs was important factor for type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
