| 摘 要： | 目的分析某院5年来收治的恶性肿瘤的分布特征，为肿瘤防治和医院的肿瘤防治中心建设提供依据。方法收集2003年-2007年住院恶性肿瘤资料，对发病的年龄、性别、构成、顺位进行统计。结果收治前十位恶性肿瘤分别是：食管癌、结／直肠癌、肺癌、鼻咽癌、胃癌、肝癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、贲门癌和白血病，占住院恶性肿瘤的72．43％。结论该院肿瘤防治中心服务区域内以前十位恶性肿瘤为常见，肺癌、大肠癌及女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌增长迅速，应加强肿瘤宣教和积极防治。
